Customer Support Specialist
What You'll Do
-Initiating outbound calling campaigns.
-Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism while delivering
outstanding customer experience!
-Apply critical thinking and creative problem solving skills to navigate high
severity incident types.
-Learn and master multiple knowledge base and contract management systems
-Adapt to day/ evening/ weekend rotations. (Inc. Public Holidays)
What You'll Need
Previous experience in telesales
Proficiency in English (B2+ Spoken/ Written)
Good communication and working among a team.
Adaptability and self discipline
Results oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision
SQL/ Excel and analytical skills
Process improvement background
